The family will be sent…
- A link that they click – which includes the generated code in it
- A password (the deceased’s ‘Surname’)
This link will take them to the portal site where they enter the Password only (which is the surname of the deceased).
If anyone just visits farewell preparations with out the link they will have to know the code AND the password to enter the site.
Once they login they will be in the portal that was set up for them.
