The title
The title is the area above the deceased’s name.
This can contain a company/office logo, any amount of text, or nothing.
The defaults are set up in the Portal Settings – Title and Introduction but can be changed on a per case basis.

Any ‘Tel’ links are hot clickable on phones.
i.e Clicking the telephone number will call that number.
