The Answers to the Terms and Conditions
Remember that your company might have changed ‘Terms and Conditions’ to be something more fitting to your company’s requirements.
Also – it could be that the portal settings have been set to not show the terms and conditions section to the family, in which case the family will not answer the question and no answer will be displayed to you.
In the case of the family being able to see the terms and conditions and the answer…
If the family have not answered the question at the bottom of the terms and conditions then nothing will show in the FreeDAM Family Portal page.
However – if they have answered in the positive or negative then this answer will be displayed for you in the Family Portal page.
This will give you the advantage of knowing that the family have read your terms and conditions/contract and either agree to them or need some clarification from you.
Remember that the question and the answers are able to be customised and may not be the same as the following example.
