Measuring the Family Portal Usage

You may wish to see how effective the family portal is.

We have created a ‘Family Portal Usage’ in the Statistics section of FreeDAM.
Statistics/Case Data/Family Portal Usage

Here you are able to choose a range of dates to look at and FreeDAM will give give you the statistics for each office for…

• No Portal Created
• Portal created – but not used
• Family entered data – but not reviewed
• Family entered data and reviewed

The total figure should be the number of funeral cases for the period

The ‘Family entered data – but not reviewed’ should be current cases that are still in progress.
(maybe the family have been entering data but the funeral director is at another arrangement and has not had a chance to review the data)

Clicking on the numbers will list the cases for that situation.
