Using the Portal

The Funeral Directors Review Screen (Family Portal)

There is a screen in FreeDAM called ‘Family Portal’ which is located as the second item in the case information section under ‘Main Details’

This screen contains…

• The access code and the date it expires
• A link to visit the portal yourself
• A button to email the portal details to the family
• Any contributions the family have made and the ability to accept them into FreeDAM proper
• The title and introduction for the case – inserted from the default settings
• The help for the case – inserted from the default settings.
• The note for the funeral director from the family’s view
• An indicator of acceptance or rejection of the terms and conditions
